While PGC has handled projects that are over $11,000,000 in size, we have also done small tenant improvements for as little as $25,000. Not only are we flexible and able to handle projects of varying size, we will never "understaff" a project. While some companies frequently take on more work than they are able to handle, PGC has turned down work rather than run the risk of improperly managing it. Assessing our own capabilities honestly is the first step in contributing to the framework of the team.

Over 90% of our work is referred to us by satisfied clients and design professionals. In the case of most repeat customers, a project is not bid out to other firms but instead the contract is negotiated directly with us.
