Mission Square Shopping Center
Located on one of the busiest intersections in Fremont, PGC managed this project from its inception beginning with the purchase of the land, going through the entitlement process with all government agencies and finally ending with the construction. The entire project totals over 55,000 s.f. of leaseable area and was fully leased before the project broke ground.
