This new shopping center of 100,000 square feet is directly adjacent to the busy Gilroy Premium Outlet Center located at Leavesley Road and Highway 101. PGC was involved in the structural redesign of the building for cost saving measures. All six buildings in the complex were made from concrete tilt-up panels.
