Tony Roma's Restaurant
This restaurant project was built "from the ground up" meaning that we built not only the interior improvements but the entire building shell along with the infrastructure as well. PGC also introduced an architecture firm to re-work the corporate prototype drawings issued by Tony Roma's in Dallas to meet the franchise owner's individual needs and the upgrades required by California building codes.
