Yoshida Restaurant
This tenant improvement was for the owners of the very successful Miyake restaurants in Palo Alto and Cupertino. In this case, the restaurant was to be an upscale one that was much more lavish than the other two. Aside from the construction work done by PGC, the owners hired a well-known Japanese artist to paint the beautiful mural behind the sushi bar.
