Central Park Plaza
This project was the renovation of a series of interconnected buildings that formed an entire city block in downtown San Mateo. The large tower element at mid-block is the entry for the passageway that connects to the parking lot at the rear of the complex. The architects made innovative use of architectural metal and glass to transform this nondescript complex into an example of fine modern design.
