Drexel Heritage / Suburban House
This large tenant improvement for a prominent furniture company's showroom in San Mateo was built on a city block that was renovated by PGC as well (see Central Park Plaza project). Drexel Heritage occupies both the first floor as well as the basement of the building thereby making it even larger than it appears in the photographs.
