Goldilocks Bakeshop and Restaurant
The Goldilocks chain of restaurants is one of PGC's repeat customers.We not only built and remodeled five stores for the company, but also constructed their central manufacturing plant (see Goldilocks Plant project).Goldilocks' stores range in size from 2,000 s.f. to 10,000 s.f. and are located throughout the Bay Area.
Alan Toma was the architect for the stores in San Francisco, Richmond, Newark and San Jose.
