Goldilocks Central Manufacturing Plant
One of the larger projects that PGC has done is this light industrial project in Hayward for Goldilocks. With several stores in the Bay Area, the owners decided to centralize
their operations in order to save kitchen space in their retail locations. The work involved building the entire facility from the grading of the lot to the installation of the manufacturing equipment. The structural shell is made of tilt-up concrete panels.
